Our specialty is our onsite catering service, we also have our fine bbq available for carry out  on Thursdays and Fridays  11am - 5 pm across the street from 4806 South Topeka, at the new Topeka Powersports.

The weekly or Thursday/Friday menu is as follows:

Pork, Beef or Combo Sandwich - $4.00

Sandwich & 2 sides - $7.00 -sides Baked Beans, Slaw, Tater Salad

Sides are $2.00 each individually

Smoked Turkey Leg - $4.75

1/2 Chicken - $5.00 and it's just that, a whole chicken cut in half & smoked

1/2 Chicken dinner - $7.50

Pork Spare ribs - $15.00/full slab - $8.00/half slab or $1.50/bone in a dinner

Our own bbq sauce - $5.50/quart. We can ship a case of the quarts to you, inquire here for rates or call 785-221-5384.

These prices are for the purpose of estimates only.

Most of the above meats will run $9.50 by the pound. As a rule of thumb when we cater an event we figure approx. 1/4 lb per person where applicable to get the quote for an event. That will usually always leave some of this great bbq leftover!!

Hot pickles - $1.00/order - thats about a handful of pickle chunks. I can make the pickles in larger quantities if needed.

With all our dinners the sauce is your choice on the side with your meal.

The unique part of our business is that we can make your event as formal as you would like or just stick to the basics to fit your taste & budget.

For onsite catering we serve beef, pork, chicken, ribs, whole smoked turkey as a general rule. Baked beans, tater salad & cole slaw are the standard sides that we use that have worked well for us over the years. If you have another request that you would like just let me know & we'll make it happen. There are a lot of details that go in to the catering that I would be glad to discuss with to cover your needs.
